You no longer have any excuses! When Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia agreed to hear complaints by citizens in Georgia, who are demanding that Barack Obama prove that he is eligible to seek and hold the office of President of the United States, he also validated what patriotic Americans have known all along. Simply put, Malihi affirmed that Secretaries of State and Members of Congress have a solemn duty to challenge the statutory qualifications of candidates who are seeking public office.

And now, with complaints filed in Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and Illinois, it should be clear that this issue is NOT going to go away. A significant number of Americans doubt that Mr. Barack Obama is qualified to hold the office of President of the United States and firmly believe that our nation will remain mired in a Constitutional Crisis as long as Mr. Obama evades questions regarding his eligibility.

In plain English, you can no longer stick your heads in the sand. You can no longer "rubber stamp" requests by candidates to appear on the ballot and you can no longer shirk your duties by refusing to ensure that candidates for public office are indeed eligible to hold the offices they seek.

Barack Obama must prove that he is eligible to seek the office of President of the United States and you have a solemn duty to ensure that he is indeed qualified. You are hereby put on notice. The American people will be watching. Make Barack Obama prove that he is eligible to hold the office he usurped in 2008 or remove him from the ballot!
