RE: Demand That Barack Obama Prove That He Is Eligible To Hold The Office He Usurped In 2008!

Proving yet again that he believes that he is above and beyond the law, Barack Obama has violated a court order by refusing to attend his eligibility hearing in Georgia. In essence, Barack Hussein Obama is saying: To hell with the law... the courts... and the Congress... I am the law. That attitude does not simply make Barack Obama a dangerous man, it makes him the first American dictator.

Make no mistake, no matter what happens in Georgia, the eligibility issue is not going to go away. A number of cases are still pending before the courts and Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse in Arizona is moving full-steam ahead. It's time for you to pull your heads out of the sand, get with the program and stand with the American people!

When Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia denied a motion by Team Obama to dismiss a suit brought by residents of Georgia to force Barack Obama to prove that he is eligible to seek the office of President of the United States, he simply reaffirmed what patriotic Americans have known all along. Simply put, you have a solemn duty to challenge the statutory qualifications of candidates who are seeking public office.

In plain English, Malihi has affirmed that you can't simply ignore this question. Four years ago, the Senate addressed the issue of Senator John McCain's eligibility, it's well past the time for you to extend Mr. Obama the same courtesy. Barack Obama must prove that he is eligible to seek the office of President of the United States and you have a solemn duty to ensure that he is indeed qualified. You are hereby put on notice. The American people will be watching. Make Barack Obama prove that he is eligible to hold the office he usurped in 2008!
