RE: Stop Hoodwinking The American People. Elena Kagan Has Violated The Law. She Must Be Impeached Today!

The elites in Washington and in the media have gone to a great deal of trouble in recent days to convince the American people that Justice Elena Kagan can be impartial when the Supreme Court hears arguments on the constitutionality of ObamaCare in a matter of weeks. Let it be known; these assurances are not only irrelevant, they are an insult to the intelligence of patriotic Americans.

Kagan's impartiality is not the issue. Federal law is clear. She must recuse herself and her refusal to do so is a clear violation of the law. Moreover, it's also clear that Justice Kagan probably committed perjury during her Senate confirmation hearings when she flat-out denied offering her opinion "regarding the underlying legal or constitutional issues related to any proposed health care legislation... or the underlying legal or constitutional issues related to potential litigation resulting from such legislation."

The "Rule of Lawlessness" in this country must stop, and if you do nothing to stop lawlessness, you are not only enabling lawlessness, you are endorsing lawlessness. The American people have grown sick and tired of your bluster and bravado. It's time to act. Evil thrives when good men do nothing and, quite frankly, the American people are sick and tired of you doing nothing. Your course of action is clear. In the coming days the American people expect Justice Kagan's recusal or we expect you to draft Articles of Impeachment against her. Anything less is UNACCEPTABLE!
